Newly Discovered #1

I’m trying to break away from my typical posts that are all about the munchkin. Instead, I thought I’d share some newly discovered items for this week. I really enjoy trying new things and, though I do not go out of my way to try them, I do expand my horizons as much as I can.

Have I mentioned how much I like memes? I mean, seriously, in love. I think they are HILARIOUS. I’ve tried to make my own memes but they do not do justice to some of the ones I’ve found online. However, this app lets me take my own photos and meme them. Inside jokes on memes that I can text? LOVE IT!

Crayola Washable Dry Erase colored pencils

Washable Dry Erase colored pencils
I have a dry erase love affair and NOW THEY HAVE COLORED PENCILS FOR IT! Crayola – you speak to my heart. I literally love these and I’ve had them for like two days. Someone at work found them and now I can’t get enough. They are a little messy and don’t write or shade as well as real colored pencils, but I still think they’re fabulous.

Res Life is the Best Life
I was a resident assistant back in the day. I currently work in residence life as a professional staff member and I promise you, it’s quite a bit of fun. The RAs I work with have so much energy and are just a blast. They keep me laughing all day and they truly are there to help their fellow students. I saw this article and thought to myself – yep, I know quite a few people who would have done that for their residents.

My daughter loves peas
I hate peas. My husband hates peas. One Madison’s first try, we thought she hated peas, too. And then we tried a second time and she gobbled them down. It was crazy. There’s no way this little cutie pie can be related to me, right? I love her anyways, peas and all.
